Kingsdown Blu-Tek POP wins award

Cool winner The bold illuminated headboard for Kingsdown’s specialty sleep Blu-Tek collection collected an award at the point-of-sale Shopper Marketing Expo.

Kingsdown’s Blu-Tek headboard display received top honors in the specialty stores category of the 2013 Design of the Times awards. The annual competition recognizes creative in-store displays, marketing campaigns and branding solutions. The judging took place Oct. 9 in Chicago at the Shopper Marketing Expo.

Kingsdown worked with RockTenn to create the award-winning display.

“We are thrilled that our Blu-Tek display was recognized for this accomplishment,” said Jacqueline Morton, Kingsdown director of marketing. “This recognition is really a reflection of our company’s continued commitment to providing our retail partners with cutting-edge and attention-grabbing POP solutions that will allow their customers to connect with our product.”
