Latex International has released findings from a study that included 100 side sleepers and was conducted by Atlanta-based market research firm Jackson Associates. In a blind rest test, side sleepers were invited to assess the comfort of three hybrid mattresses. The test beds had an innerspring core topped with either Talalay latex, memory foam or standard polyurethane foam. Sixty percent of the sample picked the bed with Talalay latex, finding it “the most supportive and pressure-relieving,” a press release said.
