BedMart Mattress Superstores and Tempur-Pedic donate beds

For the second year in a row, Portland-based BedMart Mattress Superstores has partnered with Tempur-Pedic to donate new beds to those in need. The retailer delivered 105 mattresses valued at more than $100,00 to two Oregon nonprofits—Community Warehouse furniture bank and the Albertina Kerr centers, providing services to children and adults with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges.

“BedMart is pleased to…provide resources and other items for stabilizing individuals and families in need,” said BedMart Vice President Elana Stone. “The entire BedMart family is proud to contribute to such great causes. We’re a company supported by the local community, so being able to reciprocate and give back annually means a lot to us.”
