Luxury mattress manufacturer Shifman Mattress Co. is adding drama to its bedding floor at High Point Market Oct. 18-23. The Newark, New Jersey-based company will launch the “next-generation” Masters Collection, which combines signature damask panels with contemporary, upholstery-style, quilted borders, and lots of elegant trim. Many of the mattress set’s design innovations are based on an unusual concept bed Shifman displayed at the spring market.
“It was a tremendous advantage to include our retail partners in the development process of the Masters Collection,” said Mike Hammer, Shifman chief executive officer. “The uniquely strong relationships we have formed with our dealers sets us apart from other mattress brands.”
Available in nine models, the new Masters Collections includes many of the company’s core features, such as natural cotton fill, Talalay latex and an eight-way, hand-tied box spring. Retail prices for a queen set range from $3,600 to $8,100.
“While these beds could easily command higher prices due to their unmatched quality and lasting comfort, we believe in offering unsurpassed value and customer satisfaction,” said Bill Hammer, Shifman president.
