Talalay Global elevates Gober to EVP

Jeff Gober

Latex supplier Talalay Global has promoted Jeff Gober to executive vice president of component sales. In the role, Gober leads the sales team responsible for driving the growth of Talalay used by sleep products manufacturers globally.

The promotion is part of the Shelton, Connecticut-based company’s strategy to strengthen the organization and better serve its OEM customers with “an even stronger and intensely dedicated sales organization,” according to a news release.

Gober has more than 25 years of sales and management experience and has held positions with both mattress suppliers and manufacturers, including E.S. Kluft & Co., FXI and Southerland Bedding. He was with Talalay Global from 2001 to 2008, rising through the ranks to become director of sales for the western division. He rejoined the company in 2013 as director of component sales for the western division. In 2014, the company honored Gober with its Salesman of the Year Award.

“In this new role, he will be able to broaden his exposure to clients, and we are very excited about the contributions he will continue to make to even more customers,” said David Fisher, Talalay Global president and CEO.
