Pure Talalay Bliss Expands Sales Team

Bedding brand Pure Talalay Bliss, a division of Shelton, Connecticut-based Talalay Global, has expanded their sales team and appointed six new territory sales representatives. Each reports to a regional sales director.

The appointments are part of an expansion “aimed at increasing the brand’s presence in important markets,” according to a news release.

Charles Cohen handles sales in Long Island and New Jersey and reports to Ed Reardon. Jay Cohen has responsibility for Connecticut, Pennsylvania and portions of New York state, and also reports to Reardon. John Lowrance covers Washington state and Oregon and reports to Joseph Peterson. Paul Rose’s territory includes North Carolina and South Carolina; Brian Stafford is responsible for all Florida sales. Both men report to Cathy Hover. Scott Stuprich is responsible for sales in Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin, and reports to Jim Lambert.

“Based on the talent and experience of these new representatives, we’re very confident of their ability to substantially increase the presence and awareness of the Pure Talalay Bliss brand in their respective markets,” said Ken Hinman, executive vice president of sales and marketing.

Hinman said the company is in the process of hiring territory sales representatives to cover California, as well as the Kansas City, Dallas and Nashville markets.
