Adjustable base manufacturer Customatic Adjustable Bedz, headquartered in Natick, Massachusetts, has expanded its team by naming Kris Dyer customer care specialist, a new position for the company.
Prior to joining Customatic, Dyer was customer operations manager for Lexmark International, where he had worked since 2001. During much of his tenure with Lexmark, Dyer was quality engineer for the company’s color printer manufacturing facility in Suzhou, China. Dyer has spent most of his career in customer service improvement and development. He holds certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt and is an affiliate of the American Society for Quality. He also holds the status of certified quality engineer with the organization.
