The International Sleep Products Association recently released its Wage Survey, officially called the Production Wage & Management Compensation Report.
The wage survey helps companies set competitive pay scales, negotiate benefits packages and review union contracts. It contains comprehensive information about hourly wages and management salaries, all broken down by job title, as well details about employee benefits like vacation days/sick leave, health insurance and retirement plans.
Participants receive a customized report—at no cost. Nonparticipating ISPA members can purchase the survey for $500 by logging on to your website account.
