Eclipse International, based in North Brunswick, New Jersey, says Velika, its new two-sided, European-style luxury sleep set, has become one of the company’s fastest-selling introductions since it was launched.
Since its initial rollout in the Northeast, Velika has become one of the most profitable slots on the sales floors of many independent retailers in the region that did not have access to luxury product from other brands because of the size of their businesses, Eclipse said in a news release.
Velika, which retails for about $7,999 in king size, is sold as a three-piece ensemble that includes a mattress, foundation and duvet-style topper. Because of its initial success with 14 retailers operating a total of 17 stores, Eclipse says it is rapidly expanding the bed’s presence throughout the United States and internationally.
