Machinery supplier C3 Corp. has added Roman Sanders as account manager covering the Western United States. He joins the company’s account management and business development team in its efforts to better service a growing customer base in the polyurethane foam and mattress manufacturing segments.
His background includes employment recruiting and automotive sales.
Sanders’ sales territory covers all areas west of the Mississippi, while current C3 employee Jordan Horak shifts his focus to the eastern half of the United States. The two account managers work together on special projects and both report to Mark DesJardin, C3 sales leader.
“The United States is a very large place and we needed to expand our team to service our customers,” DesJardin said. “Roman brings an enthusiasm for people and an intelligence and wit that allow him to adapt to any situation. When you speak with him, be sure to ask about his handcrafted kitchen table, or what running event he recently completed — or — just tell him what your current automation needs are!”
Sanders said he particularly enjoys sales for the opportunity it provides to connect with others and build relationships, adding, “I’m really excited to be a part of C3, a company right in the thick of the foam and mattress industry, working to better the end-user’s product. C3’s advantage in the market is our desire to keep pushing forward. We have the best minds in the industry developing these machines, but we aren’t satisfied with being complacent. Our leadership is always thinking about what we can do betters as well as how do we help our clients five years from now.”
