Adhesive supplier SABA North America, headquartered in Kimball, Michigan, has hired Russell Dickard as regional technical service manager.
Most recently, Dickard was with Park Place Corp., where he served as its maintenance manager for more than a decade.
In his new role, he is responsible for all aspects of on-site technical service and support to SABA’s customers in the eastern United States.
SABA North America President Jim Turner said he is delighted to have Dickard on the team. “This is a very hands-on business and we not only need to understand the manufacturing processes of our customers but must also be able to jump in and support the implementation of solutions,” he said. “Russell brings a great depth of knowledge and talent to our organization and customers.”
Commenting on his new post, Dickard said: “I was a SABA customer for many years in my previous position, which gave me the opportunity to experience SABA’s top-notch product quality and service firsthand. I’m excited to join the SABA team and be part of an established organization that is still rapidly growing. I’m really looking forward to using my experience in mattress manufacturing to support our customers.”
