Shelter Gets Tempur Sealy Beds

Lexington, Kentucky-based Tempur Sealy International Inc. and sleep shop chain Sleep Outfitters, which it acquired April 1, teamed up to donate and deliver more than 200 mattresses to one of Wayside Christian Mission’s two locations in Louisville, Kentucky.

The mission is the largest homeless shelter and Christian recovery program in Louisville, the organization said in a news release. It serves more than 2,000 meals a day and regularly houses more than 400 homeless men, women and children. It also provides 100 beds in an emergency shelter, the release said.
