Independent producer Symbol Mattress placed Mark Jannke in charge of its six manufacturing plants in the United States. He reports to Symbol President Mike McQuiston and continues to manage new product development, a role Jannke has held for six years. His new title is vice president of manufacturing and product development.
“There’s no one more qualified than Mark to lead these two key areas that are critically interconnected,” McQuiston said. “His ability to take product from concept through the finished goods and have intimate understanding of all the details along the way make him a rare and valuable asset.”
Jannke is a veteran of the Richmond, Virginia-based company, with 25 years of service. Before joining the management team at headquarters, he was plant manager at its facility in Watertown, Wisconsin.
