Industry supplier Jones Family of Companies
has added Brian Trent as director of supply chain and Leo Franzinetti as business analyst and information technology resource. The Humboldt, Tennessee-based company said the new hires will help Jones finish out 2020 on a strong note, despite the ongoing challenges of today’s business environment.
Trent is an industrial engineer who has more than 25 years of experience in sourcing and supply chain management in diverse business sectors, including textiles. Most recently, he was director of supply chain and procurement for InVue Security Products. Prior employers include Electrolux and Legrand North America. He began his career with Milliken & Co.
“We needed Brian’s broad base of experience to address all key facets of our supply chain operation,” said CP Davis, Jones president and chief executive officer. “We want to leverage his world-class expertise ‘end to end,’ from procurement, demand planning and forecasting, to scheduling and customer service.”
Franzinetti joins Jones following his graduation from Virginia Military Institute with a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics and a minor in computer and information science.
“Decision support and rigorous analytical processes and reviews to support our field sales and operations team are absolutely vital as we expand. Leo will support our team by providing real-time trend analysis and IT support,” said William Moore, Jones director of sales operations.
