Malouf Welcomes Matthew Croshaw, Organizational and Strategy Expert

LOGAN, Utah—Malouf™ has hired Matthew Croshaw to lead strategies for organizational design and effectiveness, along with talent development. Croshaw joined Malouf after 17 years with Parker Hannifin, a Fortune 250 global leader in motion and control technologies.

Having recently surpassed 700 employees, the executive team at Malouf™ recognized the need for a focus on structure and organizational effectiveness. During his tenure at Parker, Croshaw demonstrated a consistent track record of partnering with business leaders from a wide range of diversified industrial and aerospace markets to craft strategies to improve employee engagement, enhance customer experiences, profitably grow the business, and operationally and financially excel.  The focus of his efforts included building sustainable practices to increase talent and leadership strength throughout Parker’s 49-country, 50,000-employee footprint.
