LoadUp services will now be available on BirchLiving.com, giving customers the option to add new purchase installation and old item removal at point of purchase. The convenient add-on service is designed to simplify the online mattress shopping experience.

“We’re constantly looking to improve the mattress-buying process by making the experience as easy as possible,” said Adam Tishman, co-founder of Helix Sleep, based in New York City. “We have evaluated each step of the process, starting with our revolutionary sleep quiz and ending with disposal of a customer’s old mattress, and that’s where LoadUp’s services come in.

“This partnership between Birch and LoadUp helps strengthen our customer journey by providing removal options and therefore making the online mattress shopping experience even more convenient,” Tishman added.

Birch customers will have the option to select LoadUp’s services during the online checkout process. Shoppers can choose between three options including in-home setup and removal, in-home setup only and removal only. Once the transaction is complete, customers will receive an email from LoadUp to schedule the service they’ve selected.

Based in Atlanta, LoadUp has offered smart disposal services since 2014. The company provides junk removal services in over 170 cities in all 50 states and has removed over 850,000 junk items since its inception.
