It’s Waynette Goodson, and I’m your managing editor of BedTimes Magazine. I’m here today with Kathryn Greene, our new senior editor. We’re on day two of the Las Vegas Market. I know, and I just keep seeing new and innovative products, but I’ll let you go first. Kathryn, What have you seen today? Sure.

Kathryn Greene
There’s so much to see them still working my way through, but I stopped by DreamFit this morning, and they have tons of exciting things going on. They introduced a new colorway, their fifth colorway, sage green. So now, all of their products come in this beautiful, calming color, which is super exciting to see. And then they’ve also introduced a quilted sheet set.

So this is a really fun product because it’s a little heavier than a top sheet but a little lighter than a quilt. It’s a very nice in-between product for someone who isn’t quite sure what they need.

Waynette Goodson
It’s hard to get those products that are good for everyone, you know. So what else, Kathryn? Did you see anything else today that you wanted to talk about?

Kathryn Greene
Over at Klaussner, they’ve expanded their line of Enzo adjustable beds. It’s a storage bed frame, and it comes in three colors. And what’s really cool about it is you lift it up, and everything you need can just slide right in, and there’s also lighting on the inside. So if at night you’re getting in there, you can see exactly what you’re doing, and it just keeps your room clutter-free.

Waynette Goodson
I love extra storage. I think that’s always a good idea. Well, I’m going to try to shoot for four products, so I’m going to try to talk quickly because I’ve just seen so many cool things. So at Bedding Industries of America they have their new eclipse curve series, and it has a proprietary patent-pending curve core foam core inside.

And they have split it. So it actually contours to the adjustable base, and it doesn’t sacrifice the support of the mattress. So just a very innovative new product idea from BIA. So at Rize Home in January, they introduced their self-making duvet. So your bed makes itself for you. So they’ve perfected that product, and now they are offering a warmer and cooler side, which will be available to dealers soon.

Then finally, Blu Sleep has come up with an innovative new pillow. It’s memory foam, but it’s not heavy, and it’s not hard. It’s very squishy. And it feels like down without the feathers. So that’s a new thing from Blu Sleep. And then, finally, Diamond for all of the retailers out there. Now, you know, we’re in a sluggish retail environment.

They have developed the Gel Grid by Diamond program for retailers to help them achieve higher margins. So they’re offering things like three POP bundling options with dual light boxes and all these cool new product demo boxes really with the retailer in mind. So we just keep seeing cool new things. All of you out there, Kathryn. Have a good rest of your show today.

Waynette Goodson
We do. We’re going to have to like to keep hitting at folks. And thank you so much for tuning in. And as always, have a great night’s sleep.
