For the second year in a row, Covestro LLC has been certified as a Top Employer in the United States by the Top Employers Institute. Covestro, a manufacturer of polymers, was also certified as a Top Employer in Germany and China, supporting the company’s mission to “Make the World a Brighter Place.”

The Top Employers Institute program certifies organizations based on their human resources practices, which are evaluated across 20 topics, including people strategy, work environment and wellbeing. Covestro performed well in all categories, and exceled in the areas of business strategy, leadership, ethics and integrity, as well as purpose and values, according to a news release.
