Kuka Home, a full-line upholstery manufacturer, has inked a new licensee partnership with Becki Owens, a Southern California-based interior designer and lifestyle influencer. The collaboration combines Kuka Home’s manufacturing expertise with Owens’ signature clean and airy designs to create “Becki Owens Home,” which includes a mattress collection, according to a news release. With a versatile selection of over 20 customizable pieces, the new line will debut at the High Point Market in April.

Owens is known for her ability to transform spaces through livable designs. From her humble creative approach to the awe-inspiring projects she completes, her goal is to create a space that leaves a lasting impression on everyone who experiences it.

Her inviting style resonates with an extensive client base and social media following. With over 2 million Instagram followers and 10 million monthly Pinterest viewers, Owens is among the fastest-growing interior design voices and lifestyle brands in the U.S. marketplace. Retailers can leverage her significant social influence to drive store traffic and tap into the substantial buying power of her millennial and Gen X followers.

“I am honored to partner with Kuka Home, a world-class furniture manufacturer, to launch my upholstery and mattress line,” Owens said. “Their commitment to quality craftsmanship and exceptional design made it possible to bring my vision to life.”

Owens creates spaces where people can gather, entertain, and connect. “We curated this collection with that concept in mind,” she explains.

Becki Owens Home represents a range of upholstered living room, dining room and bedroom furniture, including motion, stationary, accent seating, barstools, dining chairs, ottomans/benches, upholstered beds and mattresses. Each piece boasts a clean, timeless look that will create an exquisitely curated space at retail and in consumers’ homes, company officials said.

With world headquarters in Hangzhou, China, Kuka Home has developed a turn-key shop-in-shop experience to support the line with tiered packages featuring sales, merchandising and marketing tools to help ensure a seamless and successful retail experience.

“Becki Owens’ style perfectly complements Kuka Home’s aesthetic, making this partnership a natural fit,” said Matt Harrison, president of Kuka Home. “We’re excited to offer her look and brand to our valued retail partners. I look forward to seeing their excitement as they discover the collaboration that Becki Owens and Sergio Barrios have put together with the marketing support from Christina Morrison’s team.”

This collaboration marks a milestone, as it’s the company’s first time offering a customer-facing brand in North America, according to a news release. The partnership is a key component of its long-term growth strategy, which focuses on expanding its market presence across all product categories and enhancing its retail offerings. The initiative also advances the company’s goal of simplifying the buying process for retailers by providing many possibilities with one partner.

To see the entire collection, visit Kuka Home in April at the High Point Market: Furniture Plaza 614.
