Austin, Texas-based AI-powered 3D product visualization platform Imagine.io has earned ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certifications. These certifications represent a major milestone for Imagine.io, demonstrating its commitment to providing enterprise-grade data protection while scaling its platform across industries such as furniture, home goods, appliances and consumer electronics. Imagine.io achieves this level of security through continuous improvement and adherence to the highest standards.
According to a news release, ISO 27001 is the internationally recognized standard for information security management systems. It sets out a framework for safeguarding sensitive company and customer information through risk management, robust policies and ongoing process improvements. SOC 2 Type II, developed by the American Institute of CPAs, evaluates the effectiveness of a company’s internal controls over time. It focuses on security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy — all critical factors for businesses relying on digital platforms.
“These certifications are more than just badges — they’re a promise to our customers,” said Preet Singh, CEO of Imagine.io. “We’re deeply invested in protecting our users’ data while enabling them to confidently create next-generation product visuals.”
Imagine.io’s platform creates immersive and scalable content, including 3D product renderings, interactive product configurators, virtual showrooms and retail planogram mockups, company officials said.
To achieve ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certifications, Imagine.io underwent a comprehensive review of its infrastructure security, internal controls and governance, risk management protocols, data privacy policies and continuous monitoring systems. Third-party auditors and leading compliance platforms were engaged to rigorously evaluate Imagine.io’s systems against international standards, the news release said.
“Security and trust are at the core of everything we do,” Singh said. “We’re committed to staying ahead of evolving compliance requirements to support our customers with secure, future-ready solutions.”
