High Point Market’s whole-home focus is exactly what keeps it relevant for bedding. At the April 25–29 spring Market in North Carolina, mattresses, adjustable bases, pillows, sheets, and top-of-bed products were shown alongside furniture, textiles, accessories, and other categories—placing sleep products in a broader retail context.
That setting gave mattress and sleep companies space to present not just new products, but the stories behind them. This season’s activity spanned luxury lines, value programs, adjustable sleep, personalization tools, performance materials, and lifestyle-driven collections.
The following roundup highlights companies with notable introductions, showroom updates, and product stories from the spring Market.
BEDGEAR
BEDGEAR used its High Point presence to continue emphasizing personalized sleep, recovery, and performance-driven products. The company’s broader product story centers on Performance sleep systems personally fitted to the consumer’s body type, preferred sleep position, and temperature preference. Recent BEDGEAR messaging has included Hybrid Performance Mattress options, modular designs, performance pillows and sheets, and products built around airflow, fit, and individualized comfort.

MLILY USA
MLILY USA showcased the WellFlex ICE split-head mattress, which allows independent upper-body adjustability on each side, for reading, television viewing, and reducing snoring. The lower portion of the mattress remains unified, providing continuous, stable support across the sleep surface and eliminating the center gap commonly associated with fully split designs. The mattress is constructed with Gel AeroFusion® memory foam infused with ActiveTemp™ phase change material to promote temperature regulation, deliver contouring pressure relief, and maintain consistent support throughout the night.

Showgoers saw it paired with the MS300 adjustable base, which offers head and foot articulation controlled by a wireless remote, allowing users to customize positioning for comfort and support. The base includes three massage modes with adjustable intensity, a built-in USB port, and a tool-less assembly design to streamline setup and installation.
Molecule
Molecule made its High Point debut with a performance-driven sleep story built around recovery and in-person product experience. The brand highlighted its mattress lines Reflex and Engage, with Reflex positioned around supportive spinal alignment, and Engage built around high-density foams designed to contour throughout the night.

Mattresses in the line include GOLS-certified organic latex, copper memory foam, European micro-coil systems, and transition layers designed to support spinal alignment
and durability.
