Eisenberg exits Latex International; Ling’s role grows

Tomas Eisenberg, vice president of strategic marketing for Latex International, has left the company to pursue other interests, according to the company. He had worked for the Shelton, Conn.-based latex supplier since 2000, most recently overseeing international business development.

Those responsibilities have been assumed by Kurt Ling, chief executive officer of Atlanta-based mattress maker Pure LatexBLISS. Ling co-founded Pure LatexBLISS in 2009. In 2011, Latex International took full ownership of the company.

An announcement by Latex International attributed the change to organizational realignment of its brand management offices in the United States, Europe and Asia.

“Tom is an accomplished and well-rounded executive who worked with Latex International for over a decade, holding posts in sales, marketing, international and operations,” said Dave Fisher, Latex International president and CEO. “In addition to developing both the international and domestic distribution channels, Tom played a critical role in designing Latex International’s direct-to-retail strategies. We sincerely appreciate his contribution to our company and wish him well in his future endeavors.”
