Jim O’Harrow
Mattress and home furnishings manufacturer Boyd Specialty Sleep has hired Jim O’Harrow as regional sales manager for the St. Louis-based company’s western region.
Based in San Diego, O’Harrow is responsible for sales, sales training and new account development within the specialty sleep and furniture divisions.
A mattress industry veteran, O’Harrow most recently was West Coast sales manager for Kingsdown Inc. Prior to that, he served as senior territory manager in the western region with Simmons Mattress Co.
“We greatly appreciate the extensive sales and mattress industry experience that Jim brings to our team and our company,” Boyd said.
O’Harrow reports to Boyd.
Founded in 1977, Boyd Specialty Sleep holds more than 30 patents for its highly diversified product line and, according to a news release, the company is “strategically focused on the health and safety of consumers and on the environmental impact of its products and processes.”
