Mattress fabric supplier Bekaert Textiles, which is owned by German private equity firm Franz Haniel & Cie. GmbH, and is headquartered in Waregem, Belgium, has completed the purchase of competitor DesleeClama, based in Zonnebeke, Belgium, and unveiled new company branding and a new logo.
BekaertDeslee Textiles is a global producer of knit and woven ticking, as well as sewn covers, and has a sales presence in 100 countries, with 19 manufacturing locations covering every continent.
