Norfolk, Va.-based mattress producer Paramount Sleep has added George “Buddy” Eubanks to its sales team. Eubanks joins the company as a business elevator with a territory that includes North Carolina, South Carolina and parts of Virginia. He is working alongside Jim Vaughn, who was hired at the end of 2011.
“We’re dedicated to helping our dealers grow their business,” said Richard Fleck, Paramount Sleep chief marketing officer. “Buddy was brought on board for his expertise and his passion for building successful relationships and true partnerships.”
Eubanks has more than 20 years of experience in bedding management, merchandise assortment planning and analysis, and account growth and development.
Most recently, he served as an independent account executive for Advanced Sleep Concepts Inc.-Spears Mattress Co., an Englander licensee. He also has held positions at Ashley Furniture and a family-owned bedding plant, in addition to operating an independent mattress retail store.
