Mattress major Sealy has partnered with Hotel Maison LLC to manufacture a Hotel Maison-branded line of high-end mattresses for sleep shop chain Sleepy’s.
The mattress collection will be introduced today at Hicksville, N.Y.-based Sleepy’s Fifth Avenue store and is inspired by hotel design trends from around the world, the Trinity, N.C.-based company said. The collection will be sold at all 550 Sleepy’s locations.
“We are excited to partner with Hotel Maison to bring the luxury of a hotel bed in the comfort of home,” said Jodi Allen, Sealy chief marketing officer. “As with all Sealy mattresses, consumers purchasing the Hotel Maison line can rest assured they will receive a better, more restful night’s sleep.”
The beds, upholstered in gray and white geometric fabrics, are grouped in four comfort categories from “plush euro pillow-top” to “luxury firm.” Mattress features include Comfort Hold Foam, which Sealy describes as reducing pressure points and improving circulation, a Motion Control innerspring and a DreamEncased Edge.

Hotel Maison, a home furnishings brand inspired by hotel designs from around the world, is led by L.A.-based designer Kim Salmela and George, a furniture industry veteran and former chief executive officer at retailer Domain.
