Dan Wingold
Mattress protection supplier Caber Sure Fit has hired Dan Wingold to the new post business development manager for North America. The position is part of the Markham, Ontario-based company’s expansion efforts. Caber Sure Fit produces decorative and protection products in partnership with Li & Fung Ltd., based in Hong Kong, and entered the U.S. market earlier this year.
Wingold is responsible for driving product awareness and developing new business opportunities across all distribution channels in the region. He reports to Mark Dentale, Caber Sure Fit vice president of U.S. sales.
Previously, Wingold was national sales and marketing manager at Bay Street Mfg., a Toronto-based manufacturer of mattress and pillow protectors. Prior to that, he held sales and marketing positions for a number of professional sports teams in North America.
