Previously, Tilki was vice president of sales for North America for the Shelton, Conn.-based company. Prior to that, he was direct of sales, handling domestic national accounts. In his first position on the Latex International sales force, he was responsible for East Coast accounts. Tilki joined the company in 1999 as a product marketing manager.
