Reverie, a maker of adjustable bases, mattresses and pillows, has launched a dealer Web portal to support retailers and retail sales associates.
It’s a gateway to product information, marketing materials and printable brochures available from the Silver Creek, N.Y.-based company. Other content includes product specification sheets, warranty and repair information, and Reverie sales contacts.
The password-protected site is accessible to all Reverie dealers.
“In the sales process, communication is paramount and that’s why we want to make it even easier for our dealers and their entire team to access our product information,” said Raymond Totaro, Reverie vice president of sales. “The ability to print a brochure on the spot for a customer or to easily find the answer to their questions is invaluable. In gives consumers confidence in the retailer and our product. Of course, it’s also a win-win for us to provide marketing materials to our dealers. We know that if we offer well-produced content that’s easily accessible, it will result in higher attachment rates and increased sales overall.”
As a subdomain of the recently redesigned Reverie website, the new Web portal for dealers reflects the parent site’s color palette and brand messaging.
