Mattress licensing group Restonic announced it was named a Women’s Choice Award winner for the second consecutive year. The award is bestowed by Hollywood, Fla.-based market research firm WomenCertified Inc., which based the honor on quantitative and qualitative research that included a recent survey of several hundred female Restonic customers. Findings showed that 94% of purchasers would recommend the Restonic brand to family and friends.
“We’re truly honored by the Women’s Choice Award,” said Ron Passaglia, Restonic president and chief executive officer. “We listen closely to what women want, from product construction to customer service to our hiring practices, and it’s good to know we got the signals right.”
According to a news release, Restonic has been able to turn customers into brand ambassadors by investing in a strong digital strategy that connects with the 90% of women who turn to online research and social media throughout the mattress purchase process.
