Private equity firm HGGC, in Palo Alto, California, has sold sleep accessories supplier Hollander Sleep Products to New York-based private equity group Sentinel Capital Partners. Boca Raton, Florida-based Hollander manufactures a range of top-of-bed items under licensed and proprietary brand names, including Laura Ashley, Live Comfortably, Nautica, Ralph Lauren, Simmons Beautyrest, Waverly and others.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The deal was transacted and closed by Robert W. Baird & Co. Global Investment Banking group.
