Eclipse International, based in North Brunswick, New Jersey, has inked a licensing arrangement to allow Paramount Sleep, headquartered in Norfolk, Virginia, to produce the Pure Talalay Bliss brand. The deal gives Paramount the right to manufacture and distribute the brand in parts of Virginia, as well as throughout Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina and West Virginia.
“Paramount is a high-quality producer with significant market share in this part of the country,” said Stuart Carlitz, Eclipse International chief executive officer. “They will fill an important gap in our marketing of Pure Talalay Bliss. Paramount will be instrumental in growing the brand in this key geographic region.”
Commenting on the deal, Richard Diamonstein, Paramount managing director, said: “We believe there is a significant opportunity for a luxury Talalay product line in our markets. Pure Talalay Bliss is truly a luxury product offering that will resonate extraordinarily well with our retailers. We are pleased to bring this innovative product to market.”
