ISPA Sustainability Conference Returns

Speakers to present trends, implementation and best practices to lead companies toward sustainability goals.

The International Sleep Products Association Sustainability Conference is back this year. Mark your calendars for Sept. 13-14 and make plans to travel to the Sheraton/Le Meridien Charlotte Hotel Complex in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The conference will provide an opportunity for professionals from across the bedding industry to gather, share information and inspire practical solutions to move forward in sustainability practices. Designed to appeal to mattress manufacturers, suppliers and retailers at any stage of the sustainability journey, the program emphasizes engagement, learning and networking.

Last year, nearly 200 participants learned more about topics ranging from greenwashing and the Federal Trade Commission’s Green Guides to the integration of sustainability concepts within company operations and products. The 2023 conference will offer sustainability topics directly related to the industry and provide opportunity for engagement and collaboration among global conference attendees. Conference exhibits will showcase companies and products related to sustainability.

“We are pleased to bring the industry together again to learn from experts and engage with colleagues on topics affecting the industry,” said conference organizer Kate Caddy, ISPA’s sustainability manager. “You spoke and we listened. We will be offering sessions on sustainability strategies and industry-specific topics that will enhance existing efforts and provide tools for those just getting started. Stay tuned for more.”
