MFI International, a supplier of manufacturing services in the U.S./Mexico border region, has named Lawrence Wollschlager as president. He also will continue to serve as the El Paso, Texas-based company’s chief operating officer. Wollschlager replaces Cecilia Levine, who remains a member of the board of directors in addition to leading MFI’s corporate social responsibilities in the United States and Mexico.

Wollschlager has held a number of posts at the company in a range of functional areas, including engineering, quality assurance, manufacturing, global sourcing, supply chain management, business development, and sales and marketing.

“Lawrence has the leadership skills, drive and business knowledge to help lead MFI to the next level,” said Lance Levine, MFI chief executive officer.
