Luxury mattress maker Shifman Mattress Co. has created a new line for upscale department store Bloomingdale’s. Newark, N.J.-based Shifman, which has supplied the retailer for more than a quarter century, said the Handmade collection—available only at Bloomingdale’s—is made with cotton, silk, angora wool, Joma wool, natural latex and a steel support system. The mattress is paired with an “upholstery-coil” box spring.
