Comfort Solutions-Texas, a mattress producer and licensee owned by the Sunderji family, will host a series of events June 22–24 to celebrate the opening of its new 200,000-square-foot manufacturing facility and headquarters. The 11-acre campus is located in the Centreport Industrial Park adjacent to the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.

Hundreds of retailers and industry members have been invited to join in the celebration, which will open with a ribbon cutting and presentations by Comfort Solutions President Dave Roberts and sleep expert Dr. Michael J. Breus. Also scheduled are new product presentations, factory tours, retailer education sessions and a gala party and dinner.

Over the weekend, an open house will showcase the company’s entire range of products, which includes more than 100 beds.

The grand opening of the new complex coincides with the Dallas Total Home & Gift Market, which is a 20-minute drive away.

“This celebration is a sincere ‘thank you’ to our many retail customers, industry partners and employees to whom my family owes our success,” said Rizwan Sunderji, senior vice president of the family business that was founded as Sleeptronic more 20 years ago. “Our new home will better accommodate our growth and enable us to capitalize more fully on the product lines and marketing opportunities that Comfort Solutions offers.”

The Sunderjis spent more than a year remodeling and upgrading an existing facility with energy-saving features and automated mattress manufacturing machinery capable of producing as many as 4,000 pieces per day. The new campus is four times the size of the company’s previous headquarters.

“The complex is a model facility in terms of its layout, design, state-of-the-art equipment, accommodations for customers and employees, and environmental standards,” Roberts said. “We’re very proud of what Comfort Solutions-Texas has accomplished.”
