Springs inside; soft outside: Soff-Art’s new Viscospring Wonderpillow contains an innerspring unit covered in visco-elastic foam.
Like other Soff-Art pillows, it contains the company’s proprietary Morpheus Spring System, a fine-gauge 3.5-inch tall innerspring unit, but the Viscospring Wonderpillow is wrapped in visco-elastic foam to provide both support and comfort to sleepers.
“Pocketed coils instantly balance head weight and movement, while visco-elastic foam shapes itself to match (a sleeper’s) exact profile,” according to the company. “Both coils and memory foam resume their form when not in use, ensuring lasting performance.”
Its controlled microclimate make the pillow is dust mite and allergen-proof. The patent-pending Viscospring Wonderpillow has better airflow and more head and neck support than traditional pillows, the company said.
The pillows, which are manufactured in Italy, retail from $50 to $75 in the United States.
