Textile supplier DesleeClama, with world headquarters in Zonnebeke, Belgium, has launched iDC 2.0, a mattress design application for the iPad.
The app is named after the company’s new Innovation & Design Center, which is focused exclusively on developing fabrics for the mattress industry.
The new app allows manufacturers to design virtual mattresses on an iPad by easily selecting mattress construction, fabric, quilt pattern, tape-edge, zipper details and more.
Users can zoom and view their creations from all angles and switch out features with a finger swipe. The iDC application also provides production-cost estimates.
