Bob Simpton
Mattress licensing group Lady Americana, which has headquarters in Oklahoma City, has named Bob Simpton to the new position of executive vice president. He is responsible for helping existing licensees expand their businesses and for further developing the licensing group’s factory network nationwide.
Simpton is a seasoned industry veteran with more than 40 years in mattress manufacturing, sales and retail. Most recently, he was with Lady Americana Northwest. He has worked for Five Star, Serta and Spring Air and began his mattress industry career as a department store buyer.
“Bob’s character, combined with his experience, made him the perfect fit for Lady Americana,” said Kerry Tramel, Lady Americana president. “We are elated to have him lead our licensing efforts and we are confident that he will help make Lady Americana realize our full potential.”
Simpton reports to Tramel.
