Mattress and sleep products maker Organic Mattresses Inc. has added new retailers, bringing its dealer network to 150 sleep shops and specialty furniture stores in key markets across the country.
The Yuba City, Calif.-based company’s products come with the OMI Purity Guarantee, which pledges that every mattress contains third party-certified raw materials, is made using organic processes and has been tested and certified as having low volatile organic compound emissions.
“Hitting the 150 mark is recognition that our retailers are addressing the $30 billion organic consumer market by providing alternatives to traditional innerspring and foam mattresses that provide health advantages, as well as comfort and value,” said Walt Bader, OMI founder and president.
