CalEPA considering changes to Prop 65 regulations

The California Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment, which oversees enforcement of Proposition 65, has begun a consultation process to identify possible changes to its Prop 65 regulations. OEHHA is seeking feedback on seven topics that it has identified, and any other concepts that stakeholders believe should be considered. OEHHA will be holding a workshop based on the feedback it receives. Public comments are due Nov. 17, 2014.
