Mattress licensing group Spring Air International, headquartered in Chelsea, Massachusetts, has inked a deal with TopMarket Holdings Ltd., based in Rishon LeZion, Israel.
The agreement gives TopMarket the right to manufacture and retail the Spring Air brand in Israel.
TopMarket is an Israeli computer and electronics retailer that sells both online and in several brick-and-mortar stores. The licensing agreement with Spring Air marks the company’s entrance into mattress manufacturing and retailing.
“TopMarket is a tremendous addition to the Spring Air family,” said Nick Bates, Spring Air president. “We couldn’t be more excited about this new partnership and the growth opportunities it presents for both Spring Air and TopMarket.”
Through its network of international licensees, the Spring Air brand now is sold in more than 40 countries.
