Richard Brass
Pressure-mapping technology provider XSENSOR Technology Corp., with headquarters in Calgary, Alberta, has named Richard Brass to the new post vice president of sales-North America for the Reveal mattress recommendation system. He reports to Stephen Anstey, who manages XSENSOR’s sleep market.
Brass is a mattress industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience and, most recently, was regional sales director at FXI. Prior to that he was with T3 Recovery Worldwide and Simmons Bedding Co.
“Dick has a remarkable track record and experience in the sleep category, and we are excited to have him join us to grow our market in North America,” said Bruce Malkinson, chief financial officer. “He is well known and respected in the mattress industry. I have no doubt his energy, effective leadership and ‘customer-centricity’ will complement our corporate culture and advance our sales strategies.”
