Industry supplier AEC Narrow Fabrics, with headquarters in Asheboro, North Carolina, has completed the purchase of Boykin, Virginia-based Narricot Industries, a unit of International Textiles Group. The sale includes two manufacturing plants, all equipment and inventory, as well as certain intellectual property of the woven, narrow-fabric producer.

We believe the combination of these companies will serve to strengthen both, as we leverage our technologies, product expertise and production capabilities across a more diverse range of markets and end uses.”
