Reverie, a manufacturer of adjustable bases, mattresses and sleep accessories, with headquarters in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, has hired Diane Abell to the new position accessory product category manager. She is responsible for sales and development of the company’s bedding-accessory program, which currently includes Reverie-branded pillows, sheets, mattress protectors and pads.

Previously, Abell spent five years with Latex International where she held a number of titles, including director of global pillow sales and director of component sales. Prior to that, she was with Louisville Bedding as assistant merchandising manager.

“We believe that Diane’s extensive knowledge in the bedding industry can help us grow a strong pillow and accessories program,” said Martin Rawls-Meehan, Reverie president and chief executive officer. “She has a great track record in developing new businesses and training across many different platforms and programs, which makes her uniquely qualified for this role. We are thrilled at the opportunity to have Diane work with us.”
